We do have 1 day window when you have received the product and Decide Finally in24 hours weather you want to keep or return. 

eg. you received the product toady at 3 pm. you open and decide on want to keep or you want to return.

if you don't raise the same in 24 hours of receiving , the product return window is closed.

The Product is considered as sold. 

when you raise the return , you've to return with currier same day.
